Takes to long to give you your food take over 30 minutes with nobody in the store and double works in the back.

There's a store in Santa Clarita, CA where the lady working Thursday night at 10 pm keep us waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes just kept saying 1 second. I seemed like she was giving food to her friends... What a horrible establishment with horrible workers. She is the worst person to represent a company. I'll send this to DEL TACO.com too. The owners are horrible people for having her as a worker. She's a con with no understanding of customer service. 💯

Three employees behind the counter one guy two girls. I stood at the counter easy 3 minutes before any one decided to take my order. I felt like they were not happy about taking my order. The fellow no greeting took my order never once looking at me. No thank you barely slid my food across the counter. I can’t understand why no thank you or have a nice day. Also as I was eating my food a customer came in no one at all even noticed. He walked out with no food. Really horrible customer service who do these people think where their pay check comes from. I will not ever go back. They should have stayed closed

New menu looked like this company was finally going back to the good days, but alas No. This was seriously the worst del taco food at even greater cost to consumers. Look, either get on board with going back to 1975 when the burritos were fantastic tasting and Big - or lose more customers. Forget getting the burgers.. and thanks Del Taco for the sloppily wrapped no box $8 burger that was smashed with no lettuce or tomato sitting in a bunch of goo. All the Las Vegas Del Taco locations are the same (company owned) and let's not speak of the poor customer service, it would take too long. This meal happened to be picked up by us at the location on Stephanie 89012. We are done! Just make them at home.

This location has very rude employees and keeps there dining area un- sanitary. I have been to many other locations but never had this type of experience. Please beware that this location let's homeless sleep in the dining area. So if you want to eat at Del Taco go to one that is safe and sanitary. I enjoy Del Taco food and often but will never go to thos location again.

Meat change in tacos since jack n box bought out. Poor flavor, lousy feel, pure garbage.

On 6/16/26,Monday,we stopped at the 44 th st & mc dowell rd del taco in Phoenix,at 4 p.m.,had a huge order & also ordered 2 fish tacos done regular with a coupon,then 2 additional fish tacos,we always order with the hard shells (& they do it but these 2 guys refused to),so I saw they were soft & missing the other 2,I came back up to the counter to point out the soft tortillas & just asked for 2 hard shells for them,no need to throw the rest away,cause the rest was fine & mentioned the other 2 are missing,the guy argued with me & said they don't use hard shells for fish & I told him it is a special order that we always do & we always get it that way,(cause it matters how the customer wants it)& I again,pointed out that they are missing my other 2 fish tacos done regularly & that they still have my coupon, so he said sorry,he has to charge me cause he forgot to ring those 2 up,so I was patient & thought maybe they'll make those 2 with hard shells & if so ,my party & I will just swap our soft & hard tacos,I got them but they were also soft,so I was on a time limit to get to work,& thought the hell with it,i' ll post a complaint cause this tops off other times that we tried to come & they kept changing their lobby hours .Fed up!Del taco, it is about what the paying customer wants,not what you are accustomed to make it like!!!!!!! 🤬 😡

Good place informative younger age staff one guy is built tall few years older reminds me of relative or family good quality I'll be honest has declined partially since 2022 the outside gets cold by restaurant roof without sweater small seating but cost aside they always offer coupons even when we don't get other fast foods often just wish there were more around nearby drive Irvine OC area also a place I visited with brother when I was younger a childhood favorite memory even with minor taste change... 👍
