Indian Scam Factory
We engaged Delta to build a site. Our project managers identified themselves as "Marcus", "Jason", "Blaire", and "Eric" and claimed to be located in the US. They were obviously foreign nationals. Communicating with them was excruciating. The language barrier became a real problem. We persevered, in spite of their deception, and the site went live. Now, a few months later, the site doesn't load. We contact them, and hear from yet another foreign national who sounded like he was on the far side of the globe. He tells us we'll have to cough up another $900 to bring the site back, claiming all sorts of security issues--issues that they, as the developer, should have resolved before it went live. Now, they're trying to shake us down, effectively holding the site hostage. Key phone numbers are now disconnected. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH DELTA ANIMATIONS.
