I have not received as much as an email telling me what is going on with my order!! It is so frustrating waiting for a product that could help wit my extreme pain. So ridiculous!!!

First off, the gummies are excellent. I got exactly the mellow high I was looking for. Part of my issue is that, for the shipping I paid, I would have expected premium shipping instead of the cheapest and slowest available. The biggest problem, however, is that over 20% of the product was missing from the container. The shipping container was intact and the safety seal was still in place, so I don't expect anybody had tampered with it. UPDATE: Since the original review I have emailed support 8 times and have called with no response. The product is still good, but I would recommend potential customers to consider an alternate source for your delta products.

I got buy 2 get 1 free when I recieved it it was 5 packs so I was jumped of 2 orders I won't be ordering again

Received gummies and they were all melted.Just a big jar of "blob".

It's been six days since I've placed my order. Tracking number and all according to UPS but they haven't even rec'd my package. Ridiculous what they charge for shipping and won't even respond to my email inquiries. Won't do business with them again. 9/27/22: The reply below in response to my review says it’s been delivered. That’s funny since I’ve canceled my order.

I keep being asked to write a review about your products. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the order. I have called and emailed with no successful response as to what is happening with my order. It has been over 3 months. Once I receive my order then I may be able to leave a positive response to the quality of the merchandise.

I ordered the buy three deal in order to try the product before ordering for our business and even after two attempts to communicate with the company I received no answer. No updates, no tracking information if they even shipped it. Even after paying for priority shipping which is automatic. I would understand that things take longer but would expect better communication. Cancelled the order. Still have not received a refund or any communication other than their promotional emails and asking to review the product. It’s a missed opportunity because we were looking forward to trying and possibly ordering in bulk.
