I’ve used them for 1.5 years. They have new staff constantly, are combative and do not help with basic problems, always passing the buck. If you don’t pay the ultimate monthly package then your problems are not a priority for them to fix. I built a basic website with them and then a third party reviewed it and showed me the very poor scores. They said they could build me a “good website” within a month for the price of a brand new website. Why would I pay for a service for something when they gave me a “F” product in the first place?
