The shipping was fast & efficient. The product itself is beautiful and worth every penny spent. The customer service was great I was kept up to date with my shipment, however the packaging could have been more presentable.

I purchased a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. Even with the shipping issues it came before Christmas! The quality is amazing! It’s still a pretty as it is when I first purchased it. I am definitely shopping with Dellovia again!

My necklace is so pretty and doesn't change colors. I love that I can adjust it and clean it with the cloth it comes with. The customer service is amazing and responses are quick.

I really love the product I ordered, it was a custom name product and it’s so beautiful. The quality is great and it did change my skin a different color or anything. However, it did take my order a few months to get here and the J on my bracelet scratched me it was too sharp. With all that being said I will be shopping with this collection again without a doubt.🧡
