The Leather Bike Polo Gloves I ordered were very beautiful but unfortunately too small. I emailed customer servcie with the issue and they responded immediately, offering to replace the gloves with a bigger size, free of charge. I am very impressed by the prompt and courteous customer service. Beautiful products!
