don't trust Delicate-leather
Delicate-Leather is a deceitful company. I ordered 2 seat gap fillers (#D5439L) which were not the quality leather they promote. At $55 ea, they were not worth it plus an additional $22 for shipping. On 3 occasions, when I emailed them regarding my concerns, an auto reply from “Jessica” came back with nothing to do with my questions and concerns. Per their policy, I returned them to our USPS in the exact condition as I had received them so that the company would receive them in the 7-day requested turn around time. The USPS questioned the Delaware address I was using…..there was no unit or suite space on their website. There was no email correspondence or packing slip which they requested for a return . On 1/12/24, I spent $16 to return them…..which included a written signature upon receipt. I received a text on 1/16/24 stating USPS could not deliver due to incomplete address. On 1/17/24, I received an email saying a refund would be issued for $123.76 (shorting me $11.20). Still waiting on that refund. On 1/30/24 the package was returned to me with a sticker over my original return label with “return to sender, vacant”. Still waiting on that refund and stuck with 2 expensive fake leather seat gap fillers that I don’t want. Their US address is a hoax, don’t expect a return or refund, don't trust other fake reviews written by this company.
