The customer service has been excellent. The seat cushion item I received was not exactly what I ordered but they are sending a replacement which I am currently waiting for.

Excellent customer service experience!
The item was not made with the best materials. Tg customer service experience was amazing. The quick response and courtesy professional communications was everything. I will definitely order from the company again in the future.

The products are made well
The products are made well - we got the seat pads and backs. White and black. Very good quality and comfortable. I took one star off only because they sent the wrong item at first, but that was quickly corrected. Their customer service has been consistently highly responsive and accommodating. Top-notch customer care. I would recommend buying from Delicate-Leather.com

Your product is well made and looks…
Your product is well made and looks great.had some difficulty putting it on the steering wheel once it was on I was very impressed.

Custom Audi bag
I ordered a custom bag and when I got it, it wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they are taking care of the bag and me lol. I will receive a new bag with the logo I ordered. Thank you for the great service.

Ordering the product was simple
Ordering the product was simple. Delivery proved to be a bit of a challenge. The delivery agent was unable to access my secure building and did not call so they left my package just next to the entrance of the building. Unfortunately in that location it is easily visible from the street and in time between when the package was dropped off and my receipt of an email advising of the drop off, my package was stolen. I advised Delicate Leather of the circumstances and simply wrote off the experience. Within hours I received a response from DL apologizing for the experience and offered to rectify the problem. How cool.
