I ordered the following items. While I appreciate what seems to be good design and quality materials so far, my chief objection to the products are the size of the logo. You can't necessarily tell from the website. Seriously the logo needs a complete redesign and should be much subtler. The size and the fact that it is white is garish in my opinion. Not understated luxury but screams in your face type branding. Car Seat Gap Filler Organizer Delicate Leather Car Sunglasses Holder Delicate Leather Car Seat Cushion

I love the way y’all process my order pretty accurate. I enjoyed it. The only thing is I didn’t realize that the product was coming out of China took a long time at least 3 to 4 weeks too long. I thought I thought the product was coming out of USA. I don’t know if I’ll place another order because of the products coming out of China takes too long. I wish the product was coming out of USA. It would be better for the country at least in my opinion.

Fantastic product, just took a while to get here

The product was great and perfect. The timing and communication from the company was not acceptable. Company need to have better customer service and communicate with your customers better about statics on products.

The steering wheel cover looks very nice and is very well made but they didn't put the Honda logo on it like it said.

Purchased a gap filler organizer for my jeep - LOVE IT! No more items or snacks falling in between the seat and console (UGH!) Delivery time was acceptable. Customer service very helpful. I took a star away bc there were no instructions included with the gap filler (there were additional pcs included and I had no idea what they are for/how to use them) and also bc the description on website said the there was no branding on the gap filler and made it seem that the word JEEP was put on there so if you had a jeep you would know which one was the right fit. When item arrived, it had big bold JEEP on it. Not a deal breaker but I would have preferred all black with no branding. Its a rather confusing on the website.

I ordered seat covers for my BMW X1 from Delicate Leather and they have made my car so much better. At first the seats were just plain black and now I have the BMW logo on the head rests and seats and they look awesome. Even fit like they were factory installed. Although I only used the front covers and not the back ones they were well worth the cost and the wait for receiving them. Can't count how many compliments I have received. My best purchase this year😉👍

The 2 cushions I received were of very high quality but didn’t work for my needs. The customer service was responsive in figuring out a solution.
