When I sent a message regarding a mistake on order for seat is taking care of right awawy
The correction made when my order was incorrect the mistake was taken care right away . And back out promptly.

Alternative Item
Original desired item was out of stock, and alternative was suggested and shipped. Most would have just noted they were out of stock and lost the sale. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Turns out my son likes his alternative part just as much
