I bought a heated seat cover for the rear seat. Shipping was quick and installation was a breeze. No instructions but it was fairly straightforward. The quality is great and it matches the interior really well. The heating is quick and feels great.

I wrote to customer service, and they were very responsive and handled the problem immediately. The service and quality were so good, I ordered a steering wheel cover too.
