ordered three shapewear bodysuits - don't want to keep them - emailed to ask how to return I got directed to a bot who said it's expensive to send them back and the refund process takes ages (tough - I want my money back). I got a response saying I was to upload a picture of the QR code on the packaging - done that but no response. I phoned them but got told to email in the problem - did that - I then got directed to the same bot saying that I was through to payment and not customer service. I've contacted Klarna and they have put a stop on payments but if it keeps going on I won't be returning or paying any more to them Does anyone have a correct email or phone number so I don't speak to robots and can actually get these sent back - thanks

I wish i wouldn't order here... Bodysuit does not correspond to the promised product. Incorrect marketing. I want my money back!!!

I recently purchased a Bodysuit Shapewear from a website and was provided with a tracking number, which I used to track my package. I discovered that the tracking number was fake. It says i could pick it up by a pick up point. I've never signed for a pick up point. After contact (with a bot) it said it was send back. And know i can't make contact anymore.This website is a scam and I advise avoiding it at all costs.

I ordered two body suits and did not like the way they fit or the material quality. I emailed to ask how to return these items and they refused to tell me how, said the item they sent was correct and therefore I cannot return them. They asked if I could “gift them to someone else” They do not care if you are pleased with the product or not, they only want your money. DO NOT waste your time or money!

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! I wish I could've given a rating lower that is lower than 1 star! I purchased via PayPal, however they were able to scam my bank account in addition to the amount authorized by Paypal. I attempted to cancel my order almost 1hr and 22min after the original purchase to no avail. my Paypal account shows one amount and my bank account shows another amount for just one purchase. they do not have an accessible way to contact their "customer service" SCAM ALERT!!!

paket wurde verschickt, kam aber nie an. auf (mehrmalige) anfragen hieß es, der transportdienst sei schuld. mit dem kann man aber keinen kontakt aufnehmen. selbst drohungen mit rechtsschutzversicherung: es gibt nur eine antwort: "wenden Sie sich an den paketdienst". ware im wert von EUR 60 auf nimmerwiedersehen verschwunden.

I received my bodysuit today and I was so excited to try it on and see all the results from the TikTok craze. Well, needless to say I was incredibly disappointed. It was VERY cheaply made and there is NO way that the size I ordered (2XL) is even CLOSE to it. It was WAY too tight and fit more like a M. Not worth returning because shipping is so high and it's at our cost. BEWARE!

The material and stitching is cheap and there is no compression which is shown in pictures and videos on marketing. Website says 100% guarantee and Returns. I emailed them the day I received and now 3 times, they won't process return for refund, they want to get out of processing a return. Don't waste your time or money
