The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They are very prompt and seem to want to take care of any issues as soon as they are made aware. If I had a knock on anything it’s the weight of the bat. We have had three 34 inch bats and they weighted 31.6 ounces, 32.6 and now 32. My recommendation is to call and see if they can get a bat that weighs exactly what you want. Even when I did I still got a bat that is 32 ounces instead of 31. The bat has extreme pop and is made very well. I would buy it again, it is worth the money!

The bat is very nice and balanced despite the huge barrell. Largest sweet spot by far. I’m not sure if it’s for me after a few games. The sound and feel at hard solid contact is different. While the ball travels well it just feels like lighter contact and the sound is different. I’m gonna give it another couple weeks and some upcoming BP to decide and may update my review. Only used it in a couple games so far, 4 x 7, with a couple drives to the fence. All 3 outs were good solid contact.

4 stars because of purchasing experience. Once they figure that out, it will a 5 star. Took me months to finally get through on their website when they restock. A bit frustrating but alas, I got mine. The bat itself, is as good as advertised. My team and I have only used it so far for 3 games and there have been multiple HRs hit already by different players. Worth EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR!!! Knowing that it has a 1 year warranty is incredible peace of mind.

Only reason not a 5 star was bat cracked within about 150 swings of live arm thrown baseballs. That was surprising. Delano responded to warranty request very quickly and the new bat arrived 3 days after claim submission.
