I recently started using Deferit and it has been a life saver. As a mom of 2, splitting my major bills into smaller payments have been a life saver for me. Especially when I was on final notices. Very helpful with my bills during hard times. On time with delivering payment even before disconnection notice. In would recommend Deferit to anyone in need of help paying a bill or bills.

I was sent an email stating deferit was unable to offer me credit although the app stated o was approved for $400. This email was sent after I was charged the $15 membership fee. Why charge me a membership fee if you’re unable to offer me credit to pay my bill????

Well, well, well… what can I say? This company has exceptional customer service. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been an absolute delight. The wait time to reach customer service isn’t long at all, and when you do get through, they actually get the job done. If you need help, they have the right people in place to handle it. Of course, you have to do your part too — you can’t just upload a bill, make one payment, and assume the job is done. Building rapport matters, and once you do, they truly go above and beyond for you. They’ve proven themselves to be very trustworthy. I love them, and honestly, I think they love me back because they continue to show up when I need them. So thank you — you all are truly the best!
