Typically with artwork and changes to artwork it can take up to 3 business days for the update to be made and sent to the customer. We work in date sequence with sign designs and orders to efficiently help each of our customers. I hope you were happy with the completed product and that we may assist you in the future.

Printing does take the same amount of time no matter how much information is being added to the signage. Karen We thank you for your order. We do send a confirmation email including shipping costs once an order is placed into our system. I do apologize that our website does not include the charge when placing the order online. Shipping is based on the weight of the order and shipping location. Once the order has shipped, UPS does email the customer with tracking information, if you do not receive this information or have any trouble, please contact our customer service department. We would be happy to assist you.

Debbie We do apologize for your frustration. We are an approved supplier for Century 21 and must follow their guidelines for the sign artwork and setup. I am showing our production time on this order was 4 business days. Typically production can take 10-12 business days, however, we strive to get the orders out to the customer quicker when possible. At that time the order is in the hands of the carrier and that does add to your wait. We will continue to make the best effort possible in completing orders in a timely manner. We appreciate your business and hope we can continue to service your sign needs.
