The signage ordering process is completely disjointed and difficult to navigate. It appears to me that there is a lack of internal communication that causes customer expectations that are unrealistic and can't be met - I was told my sign could be completed in 7 business days but was never informed that it would take an additional 3 business days for the artwork to get setup. I then was told my order would be ready by a specific date and it took 2 additional business days to receive it. I also had to navigate through multiple different people contacting me to approve the art, make a payment, and to check on the order status. Some of the emails received didn't include the name "DeeSign" within the email so I wasn't able to easily find some of the correspondence received when doing a search within my email. The quality of the end product is great but the ordering experience was terrible. I never had anyone reach out to me and apologize for any delays or miscommunication. I am not sure if I will ever order from here again.

Unreliable service. Incorrect orders received on several occasions. Unacceptable lead times and Inconsistency with standard print/artwork orders.

Susan We are terribly sorry you've had issues with your recent orders. I do see in each situation we were able to reprint the sign riders and magnetic signs as requested. The orders should be correct the first time around and we strive to pay attention to the details. Please know that we would like to offer a 10% discount on your next order with us.
