Wonderful company with fantastic products! I have never been disappointed with any of the product that I've purchased. I have always received my items in a reasonable amount of time in excellent condition. I have never had to reach out to customer service so I don't have an opinion on that, but I see that as a good thing! I would recommend everyone trying at least 1 product. You won't be disappointed!

I have purchased the facial peel, toning liquid, milk cleaner, and mud mask--- I LOVE each of them! I purchased them in a local shopping mall and the employees were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
