Read this response from their support team.
After trying twice to make a video that was representative of the face that I submitted with the video, I asked that a ticket be opened to look into why the face displayed was in no way close to what the photo image was. This was their actual one sentence response "You are blind because the videos are completely different". Buyer beware; to me this app borders on being a scam.
