Buyer beware...this is a scam company!
Buyer beware...this is a scam company! First, I bought and paid for a plunge and chiller for $2368 in Feb 27, 2024. Both products were on back order which I was not notified at the time of purpose. Fast forward to mid-April and the plunge/chiller still had not arrived. So, I told the company I wanted an immediate refund since nothing had been shipped, nor was there a projected shipping date. More than 20 emails went back and forth since February. After almost 6-weeks now I'm still waiting on my refund and the company has stopped responding to my emails. I have recently retained legal counsel and will be filing a law suit. After speaking with my credit card company, they have also agreed to pursue this matter. I would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
