Here is a transcript of our emails. Support has ZERO patience. I chose the wrong document. When I asked for help, they REVOKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Some embecile in Mom's basement is in charge of customer support apparently. I must have interrupted his gaming experience. When I asked for escalation, no change. Their response to me: Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day. My message to them: I just gave my CC information and mistakenly chose the Trustee Deed. I meant to choose the Beneficiary Deed for Boone County, Missouri. I have not downloaded the Trustee Deed yet. Can you help? Please provide a phone number so I can speak with a person. Thank you, Staff Deeds.com

Could not get the form I wanted and requested a refund. Still no response. There are better rated sites.

$20 for a blank one page government form?! Our taxes are paying for the design and production of that form. DEEDS has seized on an opportunity to install itself as the middleman in administering form issuance. Our government is letting us down by abdicating its responsibilities, and DEEDS is ripping us off with outrageously exorbitant prices for our forms. $20!! Outrageous.

Although I have followed instructions to the letter , I have not been able to download OR print out the form I bought, I asked for help and got a reply that had nothing to do with the problem in question, So I paid 20.00 for nothing !!
Response from Deeds.comNov 17, 2018
Sorry we have not been able to help you better Jean. You asked us about resizing the document so you could use the "print button" however there are no "print buttons" on our forms, just the traditional file > print at the top of the Adobe application. If you are still having trouble printing the document let us know and we will cancel your order, we don't want you to pay for something you can't use. Follow up: We haven't heard from you so we wanted to follow up to make sure your printing issue was resolved.

I am confused. I paid $29 but can not retrieve the information. I need this information for a LLC. I really need to be able to speak with someone or email my questions and get answers. Help.

Your order was completed November 13, 2018 at 3:17 pm and the document (Deed retrieval for the property in Bernalillo County, New Mexico) has been available for you to download in your account since then. The recent messages you left for us in your account are legal questions related to the document (how to change the name on the deed) and we notified you that we do not give legal advice.

Thought these were Word docs. Want my money back.
Response from Deeds.comNov 14, 2018
That's odd Larry, this was your second order from us, no problems reported with your previous order and our website clearly states that our documents are PDFs. At any rate, we've gone ahead and canceled your order. Keep in mind, your limited license to use our document is no longer valid.
