Deeds.comReviews of deeds.com

Very quick service, couldn't have been a simpler process. I will definitely be using this service again in the future.

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. Thank you!

Great Great Great!!!!!!!!!

Very prompt with complete instructions & example to complete forms. If you don't want to hire a lawyer, this is pretty simple & will bypass probate.

Deeds.com worked very well for me. Very Simple packet. And my County uses the same website Deeds.com

It was quick and easy to obtain the document I needed

This deed helped me a lot

I ordered the quit claim deed forms days ago and have never been able to download the deed forms. A small windows appears that says "this document cannot be opened". I have called deeds.com several times and emailed them several times and they have not responded to me accept to say that if there is a problem they will email me and so far I have not gotten any help from them. My next move is to contact the BBB. This company took my money and did not give me the forms. This company is a scam and sucks. If there was a way I would give it a 00000000000- rating.
