Good service, but a little confusing on bens. I wanted a deed the house to my children, but in the interim my spouse to live in the property until his death. neither lady bird or life estate filled this need. There is a need for this when couples are divorced and remarry and one owns the property

It was easy to complete. Just need to see how easy it will be to record it with the county.
