I had a specific problem that they immediately resolved!

Edit: I don't see a name associated with this review, so we don't have any way of knowing who you are. Can you respond to the e-mail that sent the deeds to you? If so, we can respond to that with instructions for how to make corrections. Original Response: I'm sorry you experienced this issue. Can you explain what you mean by the form coming out "backwards?" You indicated that this happened when you printed out the form. If that is the case, could it be an issue with your printer? Or was there something off with the document before you printed it? We have no control over whether our users enter incorrect information into the system. But we understand that mistakes sometimes happen and do provide options to re-access the interview if you need to make corrections. And, of course, you can always make changes directly to the document itself by simply opening it and making the corrections on the face of the document. In any event, I am sorry that your experience was not optimal and regret that you didn't give us an opportunity to help with your issue before posting a negative review.

I have been working with DeedClaim.com since the beginning and used their Deed Generator many times and all I have to say - this is the easiest and quickest way to create a Deed. Documents are generated about 15 seconds after the form is submitted. Their customer service is outstanding - they respond immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone!
