I wrote a review for a jacket I ordered questioning if anyone else was missing a confirmation email. Within a hour Moses from Customer Service emailed me and apologized. This is great customer service and I will most likely be ordering again!

To Whom It May Concern, I am responding to a request for feedback. But first I must qualify my remarks. I am a retired world wide HR Director for a pump and compressor manufacturing company. Prior to ascending to an executive role I was a sought-after trainer on many subjects impacting an organization - especially customer service. And as a general experience most American customer service agents are disappointing, poorly informed, a downer to talk to. With that incoming attitude, what a breath of fresh air to have interacted with Jessica. I won't go into each interaction, that can be reviewed in past e-mails. In each and every interaction with Jessica, I was ALWAYS left with a sense that appropriate action was going forward and I felt like a valuable customer. Furthermore, I came to believe that Decrum, via Jessica, was sincerely dedicated to assuring they would do whatever it takes to make "things" right and I would be completely satisfied. AND IT'S TRUE!!! To be crystal clear, Jessica is paragon of customer service. Because of Jessica, I am a walking, taking, enthusiastic customer of Decrum and telling anyone who will listen.
