Correct and fast delivery.

Lovely jacket. I ordered the vivid blue colour of the 2 layer leather jacket that had the partial hoodie underneath. Was hoping it really would be as vivid a blue as it looked on the website. Its exactly the same. Customer service is amazing, I decided after I had placed my order that I would prefer the next size up so i emailed them to ask if I could upsize the item. I sent the email late at night (between 11 and midnight) and had a lovely lady replying to me within 5 minutes or so to say they would send the next size up for me. Item was received in a sturdy close fitting (so as to not be rattling around) cardboard box, so no risk of a plastic bag ripping and the item being damaged. Would definitely buy from them again.

A very nice jacket, premium quality. The size is perfect. I am very pleased; the delivery was delayed, but it was worth the wait.

Decrum are brilliant, helped with all the questions I needed answered. The coat I received was brilliant quality and excellent value.

The service was great, delivered in a short time. The product is excellent, well worth the price.
