Granted I only dealt with them once and it was four or five years ago, but it was flawless. I just stumbled on the website, but really like being able to “try frames on” (choose frames I liked and tried them on a selfie). After selecting the frames I liked best I purchased them at a very, very much discounted price. I received them in a timely manner. I took them in to my optometrist for lens insertion and I’m still wearing them today! I could have elected to have them do the lens also, but I had a special new type of lens and didn’t want to take a chance. Oh, and I saw the exact same frames at my optometrist for $275. I paid about $35. I need another pair now so went directly to DecorMyEyes. Very disappointed to read the latest news.
