I wish i could give them zero stars!!! This company is deceitful. Ordered flowers, took over a month to receive. Received the package and they offered and insane discount amount of $4 to refund the money since shipping world be too expensive for them to accept return. I paid $63 and then they charged me $80 ... tried to dispute with PayPal credit card and it was declined. They decided in the merchants favor EVEN though their website offers full refund! THIS MERCHANT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

The company is deceitful and while you get the flowers and this after about a month, the package is torn. So, I ordered two bundles online and it appeared like it did not go through, so I ordered again. My first one did go, so I contacted them to get that second one refunded. They said it was too late. I could return the product after it arrives. I am now contacting support to do this and they are not providing me the address in China where their factory is (their website says they made in the US). They are trying to offer me $14 after charging me $74. They are stating that the cost of return shipping is too expensive. Their policy is yet another lie. Do not use them.

I've been waiting 53 days for fake flowers. I'm beginning to think that the tracking they provided is fabricated. I've received items within two weeks from other companies in China so 53+ days is unreasonable. Update: Their tracking is fraudulent. Up to May 31, their tracking showed my package was in transit where it supposedly was out for delivery for 5 days. On June 1, the tracking changed to say the package delivered on May 9. They lied! Today they reply to my email stating: "Sorry, we have indeed delivered it to you. We recommend that you check the surveillance video at your door to see if the goods have arrived.If it is not delivered, please go to the post office to find your package." What?! I already told them I never received it. The tracking number they provide does not work with USPS. They also charged me for shipping insurance yet they will not refund me or ship out a replacement. I tried to dispute the chaege with PayPal but it was declined because Declaratiy provided the fraudulent tracking showing it delivered 5/9. I had previously sent PayPal the tracking I had which shows it still in transit the end of May. I'm pretty sure PayPal doesn't use a human to review the evidence though. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM! I would love to give NO STARS, but this site does not allow. I ordered (9) 9ft "Lush Norfolk Garlands" but after waiting 2 months, with numerous emails saying that the items were in transit from Scotland, I received (9) 5ft ft garlands that are very sparce. I contacted that company with pictures of what I ordered and what was sent, I received emails saying their warehouse sent me the correct product. i do not understand how someone can be so "dumb" or dishonest to think that paying for 9ft garland and receiving 5 ft garland is receiving what I ordered. My order totaled $255 and they have offered me $20 to make things right. AGAIN, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This company is a scam! And they sell your bank information. I can promise you it will turn into a nightmare situation.

I ordered a cedar garland that was supposed to be thick and lush. I now realize they used Hobby Lobby garlands in their advertising. What I received was a brown wire with a few cedar twigs wrapped around it. It was laughable if I hadn't paid for it. I've since learned this is a "brushing" scam. The old adage, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

I ordered Grass seed. never got it. They stated that tracking shows that it was delivered at my door by USPS. I went to USPS with the tracking number and they stated that this is not a real number

I order my stuff two months ago never received one thing !!!! They took my money. Won't answer me on returning my money. Only tell me be patient . What the hell does that mean 🤦🤷.
