two weeks and no shipping info for a product they supposedly had in stock
Okay. So back on September 2nd I ordered a post cover to cover my post holding my house up. It's been two weeks and no shipping information. When the website showed that they had plenty in stock the web site does say ships within 10 business days, contacted support and they told me. It's gonna ship out on the 16th, which is tomorrow. So we'll see if I get a tracking number, but I'm not real impressed. They charge my credit card. The day of the purchase. But haven't shipped the product yet. Hopefully, the product's good and I wanna keep it because I'm reading reviews and it doesn't look good. If I need to return it or need a refund, I'll keep you posted. Update got shipping info today it is shipping motor freight so that's a another 10 business days. Update finally did get my product on the 21st product had a little bit of a dent in it, but it was just from something leaning against it from the trucking company. I don't believe it was deck. Expressions fault. product was pretty good, reasonably easy to install. So i've upgraded them, to four stars, and I would have given five. If it would have got here sooner, waiting 20 days for a products is a little ridiculous. When they say they have it in stock

The order was placed on September 2nd and shipped on September 15th, resulting in an eight-business-day delivery time. The product page explicitly states that these items typically ship within ten business days. All credit card or digital payment transactions are processed at the time of purchase. Orders can be canceled if you are dissatisfied with this process.
