I will definitely shop here again. They had a great selection of colognes. I received my order 6 days after placing it. Everything was labeled and packaged well. The vials and atomizers work well. Really great all around. Thank you.

Initially I was a bit frustrated by several of my desired selections being out of stock. However, this just speaks to the quality of their service and fair pricing. Great job Decant House. Keep up the good work.

fragrance smells wonderful, little pricy and delivery process is slow.

Hello Arden, Thank you for taking the time to review our company and services. I understand your frustration. Here is North Texas, we caught some really bad weather last week. It poured cats and dogs with some lightning so scary I was afraid to go outside! While I understand your order took longer than expected, this was completely out of our control. Hopefully, it will be sunshine and butterflies if you decide to shop with us again in the near future. Thank you for your order and for supporting our business. Regards, Drew

I've used Decant House for a while. All decants are authentic. It took a little while to get my order this time.

Hello Arthur, Thank you for taking time to review our company and services. We see that you are a loyal customer. Just wanted you to know that here in north Texas last week got dumped on pretty hard with bad weather. Rain and also craziest lightning I have ever seen. Pretty scary. Your order was shipped on day 2 of our 3 day processing window. We understand your order did not arrive in the time frame expected. Bad weather does slow USPS transit time a bit. Thank you for supporting our business and hope to serve you again in the near future. Take care. Regards, Drew
