This was the fourth decanter set I ordered as executive gifts. One of a kind premium crystal decanters and glasses with unmatched clarity and a satisfying weight to each item. Gabe was on hand to help expedite the order to make sure it arrived on time. Great customer service and fast order processing and shipping, as always. Highly recommend these guys!

Customer service very friendly and professional. Quality of product and crystal very good. But...the only complaint that I personally have is related to the package. It is a common low cost box with cheap and not good looking cartoon. Package for an expensive gift is very important as it has the first impact to the person who is receiving and opening the present. In my opinion decanter has to be inserted in a well fitted sponge box (or suitcase) with proper wrappings not to be ruined during the pull out. Of course this means higher cost on the product and gift itself, but I think for a real present it worths it. Again I have to emphasize that I am satisfied with overall quality of product, but the package has to be improved.

Customer service was top notch and they worked with me to ensure that our logo was in the right format for engraving. They were also able to expedite my order and ship in time to receive it in time (arrived in 3 days) for a retirement party the decanter was presented at. I would recommend this company and their beautiful engraved decanters.
