I called because I could not get into my account. Mr. Victor Florez was very helpful in instructing me. After logging into my account I still could not retrieve the information I was looking for. Mr. Florez was very patient with me, neither he nor I could find where I should go for the information I was looking for, he was not able to see what I was seeing nor I his information. It is confusing but Mr. Florez was very patient and informative to me. I can not tell you how appreciative I am for getting Mr. Florez to talk to, I have worked in offices and know how difficult people can be. Mr. Florez is an asset to your company, in my openion he went above and beyond to try to help me.

Provided information that was not correct from the first contact person from this company and they couldn't assist with both debt they originally stated,however, after speaking with David I have a better understanding, looking forward to being debt free in 2 years.
