Overall I'm satisfied with the job that Debtstoppers did for my case. However, the ability to contact them and receiving callbacks have been challenging, except when you owe money or miss a payment.

The lawyers made my case seem so easy to understand which made the whole case easy to get through...

I owed for a credit card debt and personal loan but when I used all my retirement money, I had to go back to work making $10.00 an hour less than what I made before retiring. My bills were only $500 per month but I still had my health insurance, cell phone and 2 recreational bills which was about $150/ month. Debt stoppers was a hard decision but had to be made. I got rid of my cell phone and purchased a free Obama phone. I changed my health Insurance and got it down by $120 each month. Debt stoppers take a small amount from my pay each week and by June, I should be finished, which only took less than 10 months. My monthly bills will be around $200 monthly. I hated going this route worrying about ruined credit but not being able to pay each month was worse.

I was talked to really bad by the male representatives in the collection department I don't appreciate being disrespected the way I was Due to missed payments

The experience was smooth as far as the process but, the paralegals do not return calls nor does the attorney.

My credit score went from a 430 to a 602 before my bankruptcy was discharged. I was able to get another car before I got my discharge papers. Don't hesitate to go with Debt Stoppers.
