Several firms were given as prospects
Several firms were given as prospects. I was able to select the firm that was prompt, professional, patient and kind. Freedom Debt Relief met those qualifications. They reached out to me promptly, assigned a certified debt counselor to my case, answered all of my questions and they didn't make me feel inadequate or small because of the poor credit card choices that I made. I feel like I have a partner who will help me get to the finish line!

Strong knowledge
My agent explained everything to me very clearly. Allowed me to interrupt and ask questions. And was very transparent and knowledgeable about the loan and credit card industry in general. I was impressed.
