I have to be honest and say I was very nervous about this process. I was extremely happy with my customer service person. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly which helped me get over my nervousness. He explained everything very well and when I had a question. He knew the answers and did not have to check with someone else. It is early in the process and I can only hope that this will work and then I can relieve some stress in my life. My CSR is the best and I am so glad I was able to work with him.

They clearly outlined that their fees would be a percentage of the total debt they help settle, which is typical in the industry. I was told that I’d only pay fees after a debt is successfully settled, so that was reassuring. It seems like they’re genuinely focused on helping me achieve results, rather than pushing me into a program that isn’t a good fit. : I appreciate that they offer ongoing support throughout the process. After the consultation, I received an email with a clear breakdown of the next steps, and they assigned me a dedicated account manager who will be my point of contact for any questions or concerns. This gives me confidence that I won’t be left hanging during the program. Since I’ve only just signed up and completed the paperwork, I’m still in the early stages. They’ve reached out to some of my creditors, but I haven’t received any settlement offers yet. I’m hoping that the process will move faster now that the initial steps are done, but I’m prepared for it to take some time. I’ll update my review later to reflect the outcome once more progress is made. Overall, my experience with Debt Hammer has been positive so far. They’ve been clear, helpful, and professional during the initial stages of the program, and I feel like they are genuinely invested in helping me reduce my debt. That said, I’m still waiting to see how quickly they can settle my debts and what kind of savings I’ll actually achieve. I’ll update this review once I have more concrete results, but for now, I’m cautiously optimistic.

Marvin was a huge help in walking me through the process. Marvin explained multiple solutions and didn’t force me to choose, giving me the knowledge of each option is key. We discussed my monthly expenses, my credit debt of each credit card and went over everything that is involved into clearing up my debt. I mentioned to Marvin, there’s quite a few other programs out there, yet Debt Hammer to me was and is a far better company to work with. Stellar customer service and stellar financial knowledge.
