Lyn was awesome, showed me and explained every single step. From.explaning every bit of my credit report, the ends and outs of what everything meant. I thought I knew everything about my credit report and clearly didn't. If every call center had people as nice and understandable as Lyn we'd be in a lot better place. I was completely in the dark on this stuff and she cleared it all up for me and she truly cares about their clients. So thank you Lyn, you handled it perfectly, i give her a sold 10 out of 10.

I spoke with Jovanna and had a few questions about debt consolidation and she helped me tremendously. I was able to understand and make a decision that would help me long term and she helped me get a reasonable payment so I wouldn't struggle every month in case of an emergency. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend who actually wanted to help me and not someone who just wanted to talk, get my money and not speak again. She has also followed up.
