Well, I’ve honestly just begun this journey. It is a process that takes time and you will have to anticipate that, but they will break it all down for you. I can’t speak for all the agents, but the one I spoke with was above & beyond amazing. They will be by your side until you reach the end. Just be open and honest about your situation and follow through with the things they ask of you. Don’t worry, there is not much heavy lifting on our end because they are going to be doing most of the work, but seriously listen to the advice to save yourself from digging a deeper hole. If you’re stuck in a spot where you’re basically just paying the interest fees on your credit cards every month and you’re getting nowhere with catching up, this is definitely something to consider. This program is designed for those of us who have found themselves in a never ending cycle of financial burden. Whatever is going on, instead of feeling like you’re drowning and barely surviving on whatever is left over after you make all your monthly payments, this may be the right program for you. I’m only a week in and already feeling financial relief. My monthly payments have been cut in half. Just remember, it is going to take time.
