Very outgoing
Very outgoing, and helpful Customer service Rep. Rob handled everything in a very accommodating matter. He was extremely kind, considerate, and willing to answer any questions I had, or concerns. Totally explained to me about all that was involved, and what I needed to know, and proceed to get the help I needed from ur company. Yes I was very skeptical about wanting to get this kind of help needed. I was totally assured after his conversation, and making sure I wrote any info he was giving me down, to have verification to what I needed to know right from the beginning of our conversation. He gave me his business card via text, so I knew who I was talking to, and for that I am so thankful to have been given his personal business card. I give him a 5 star review. If there was a 10 star rating, he would definitely get it from me. Looking forward to working, and looking forward to get myself on track with my Debt. Thank u, very much appreciated.
