The people are helpful and polite.
The people are helpful and polite. I did not get the full verbal explanation of the monthly fee, but it may have been in the paperwork emailed to me that I did not read in full detail. I am new to the company and cannot comment more as of now.

Credit cards interest rates was so high…

new to the program...
I am new to the program and have yet to get confirmation of settlement on my accounts being accepted. Everyone I've spoken with thus far has been very friendly and helpful. So far so good.
