Exceptional customer service!
From the moment I got on the phone with Catherine Lopez I felt at ease. She was soo accommodating and patient with myself throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question she answered it and made sure that I fully understood before we continued. I’ve been in customer service for over 26 yrs and I GREATLY APPRECIATE her customer service and willingness to help. It’s rare in today’s world that you find genuine people who really want to help. I can’t say enough good things about Catherine and my experience today.
