Dearest Care is a scam
Dearest Care is a scam. They claim that all services are covered under Medicare/medicaid. They are NOT. You will get a bill in the mail after the first month for hundreds of dollars. It is a scam.

Thank you for your outreach. An unexpected bill is a genuinely bad experience and something that we work hard to prevent. While we are not able to discuss any individual's account publicly, we can confirm that we are a Medicare service provider. In regard to our cost structure: Our services are billed to Medicare Part B, and like most Part B services they carry a 20% coinsurance. Any patient responsibility may be covered by a patient’s secondary insurance coverage or a Medicare supplement plan. Patients with dual coverage by Medicaid, or Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries (QMB) are exempted from Medicare Part B’s patient cost-sharing. Patients without secondary coverage, or who haven’t yet met their annual deductible, may receive a bill once Medicare indicates any balance that remains the patient’s responsibility. Medicare is required to send a patient an explanation of benefits (EOB), which is an itemized list of the Medicare allowed payments and acknowledgement of submission of any unpaid balances to a secondary payer. Patients who are not exempt from Medicare Part B coinsurance, or who haven’t yet met their annual deductible, would only receive a bill for any remaining balance from Dearest Care after we’ve verified any remaining balance. Please contact our customer service team at 213-267-7359 or email us at [email protected], and a representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
