We regret to hear about the suspension of your account. While it's not possible for us to individually vet every listing or member, we have put security measures in place to protect against fraud on our platform. In certain instances, this may lead to account suspensions as we may decide to err on the side of caution. Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all DealStream members is our utmost concern, and we are committed to this responsibility. Becki - DealStream Member Services

First, we thank you for your business and appreciate your feedback. Secondly, we take security very seriously on our website and have an ever-evolving process to weed scammers off of our site. As we progress in that process so do fraudsters and it becomes a never-ending battle. We are not alone in this struggle as our competitors have the same issue. Scammers change names, email addresses, websites, etc on the daily and we continue to refine our processes to catch them. While we have processes in place to help prevent fraud we also have to rely on our members to help us as well. I assure you that we will continue to take aggressive action whenever we are notified of suspicious activity. We take great pride in our Member Services and respond promptly to all messages. Please let us know if we can help resolve this issue. My email address is [email protected] Rose - DealStream Member Services
