The annoying that that I experience is with the Financial Brokers wanting upfront fees, as I personally regard this as a fraudulent act as they never produce. Their letters of intent are spurious as they then find a way to refute the loan, but NEVER REFUND the upfront fee. I believe it is a scam. Thanku
