ZERO STARS! Order # 2399 Ordered an electric hot water kettle and it arrived broken - NOT working. Unable to contact anyone there so I followed return instructions to the letter and 2 months later still no refund or resolution. Phone number is always busy, no voice mail, I got a case number from them about 3 weeks ago and that is it. No one is answering phone or e-mails. I want full refund PLUS $14.32 to cover postage cost of returning the BROKEN KETTLE, you FILTHY BASTAARDS! Dealsdot.com is the PITS !!!! AVOID at ALL COST!

Never received de what I order

I wish I could leave negative stars. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, took my money, no package, not even a shipping notice. They won't respond to emails. I'll never shop there again and I'll share this as often as possible.

I bought two copper pans for 14.99 and never recieved SINCE July I have been sending emails and no response or I get a dummy tracking numbers that dont move.

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS MERCHANT. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES, PRODUCT NEVER DELIVERED.

Horrible experience late on my delivery and there website is not as advertised. Purchased Foodi Ninja and 3 accessories where missing I reached out to them no one has contacted me back. I dont recommend buying feom them at all. SAVE TIME AND FRUSTRATION

I have patiently waited for a response to my many emails and have gotten nothing. I have tried calling and like everyone else you just can’t get thru to a “real live” person which is more than irritating. They took my order, then my money and when I was able to finally talk to a rep I was given promise after promise that my order will be shipped The last time I talked with Carla she said my order will be expedited out right away. At least she kept her word but had substituted with a completely different item. I ordered a 17 pc set of pioneer woman ceramic pans and they shipped a 10 pc Teflon coated pan!!! And there’s a big difference in the quality and price !!! If I wanted Teflon I could have gotten from my local Walmart store. I have sent emails with NO REPLIES, tried calling over two dozen different times of the day and can only get VOICE MAIL!! This company is a disgrace and DO NOT waste your time. It’s a big scam to say the least!!! I should have not wasted my time with them. The reviews vary with some saying “great place to work with “ to frustrated customers like myself. Like I told them in my email. Will I order from them again...Never. Will I ever give DealsDot a positive review...Never Will I ever let future customers know that this is nothing but a big scam to take your money...Yes. This is the WORST place I have ever done business with. So think twice before you place your order with them.
