In March 2016 I purchased an expensive new Nikon camera from Deals All Year ("DAY") on E-Bay at a deep discount. Based on the price, I had some concern that DAY might be a ripoff outfit, like some others in the NYC area (esp. Brooklyn) selling high end electronic devices at steeply discounted prices. I'm happy to say that my concern was misplaced: DAY promptly sent exactly the camera I had ordered, and when the first one turned out to be defective (not their fault), they immediately agreed either to provide a full refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and it was sent out right away and worked perfectly. They provided all the shipping labels and picked up the shipping cost of the return, and even threw in an extra battery and charger to compensate me for the hassle involved. DAY's Customer Service rep Steven White deserves to be singled out for special praise: He was terrific, taking a personal interest in my situation, returning my calls and e-mails even when it was way past business hours on the East Coast, putting everything he promised in writing and fulfilling every promise he made. Thanks in large part to Steven, I would not hesitate to deal with DAY again.

Let me start by saying that for several days back in March 2016, I was looking for the best deal on a new Nikon lens. Since I live in Canada, I first tried several sites on our side of the border. But after all that time spent looking, I would always come back to Deals All Year that had the best deal, even with the exchange rate, the shipping and the import charges. So on March 21, 2016 I finally placed an order for a lens. A hour later, I realized that I also needed some protective filters for the lens I just bought. To avoid to pay the shipping fee again, I called the 1-866 number and spoke to Kevin (very nice/professional) who said that he would place the filters with the lens before it was shipped to me. Moments later, I received the confirmation, then during the whole process, I would receive updates on my items location. Living in an isolated community, I was expecting the parcel to arrive passed its forecasted date, but showed up 5 days before. The lens and the filters were very well packed in a box filled with packing styrofoam around them. I you want to save some time, cut to the chase and go with Deals All Year. I will be shopping with them for sure !

A lot of times, when you find a great deal, there is a drop in quality. I can tell you, that is absolutely untrue when it comes to Deals All Year. For a company that offers high end electronics, I expected an automated service or untrained lackey. Instead, I got Steve. He was helpful and understanding. He knew the lenses I was asking for, and even made helpful suggestions. I can honestly say that I will never use another camera and lens provider if Deals All Year has the items I need. I cannot rate them high enough, nor endorse them more! Thanks Steve and Deals All Year!

IMPECCABLE SERVICE WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH, that might be much but in today's environment where a customer is just another number, that’s no exaggeration. I was looking for a Nikon D5300 and purposely choose an item on eBay that was sold in the vicinity (NY, NJ), since I needed it right away and wanted to spend locally. I found a good deal on Dealsallyear. I called ahead to make sure the product was available, and proceeded to take the 25 min drive. I have gone to other places where it’s a warehouse, to my surprise Dealsallyear was a store front. Clean, every brand name displayed in their own section, a smaller version of a popular store in Manhattan, is how I would describe it. During the purchasing process, the owner took the time out of his busy schedule to greet and talk to me. No sales pitch, no pressure, it felt like a candid conversation between two friends. Unlike some other places where I’ve experience bate-and-switch in the past, I got exactly what I asked for. I was pleased with the service and didn’t feel like that I was a walking $ sign. Would I recommend this store to family and friends, you bet ya.

All the people at Deals All Year do an outstanding job, especially Steve White. I had a problem with the first camera they shipped me. It was defective from the factory. Steve handled the return and new shipment of my Canon 70D camera. The camera arrived yesterday, Wednesday, March 30. It worked perfectly. I am very satisfied. Steve saw that the new camera was shipped very quickly so that I would have it for my trip to Hawaii next week. Thank you, Steve.

Have been very happy with my camera purchase. The price was wonderful and the customer service was great. I had to return one of the items and a replacement was sent out the next day. Would highly recommend this company to professionals an novice photographers. I will order from them again.

I came across Deals All Year on youtube thru a fellow videographer. Later on finding out my friend bought his T3i with them. I decided to check out there store and it has been the best experience so far. My first time there i was great with friendly and kind service. The staff knows what they are doing and are willing best suite your needs. I highly recommend anyone that needs gear or is looking to trade or upgrade to go there first. When buying a camera and lens, photographers are spending thousands of hard earned dollars. We earned it by taking pictures with screaming children, sulking husbands, and stressed out moms. We photoshop all of life's imperfections away and create beauty that is captured forever. Purchasing our camera and lens is the most costly, important action a photographer will do. Imagine my relief when I ordered a camera and two lenses, but then wanted to change things out. I contacted the company and Steve helped me out. He stripped down the package and built it back up again exactly how I wanted, and at a price I could afford. A better deal than others online. So I was happy and satisfied that I received personal care and the best deal out there. That is what a professional photographer needs, a professional, knowledgeable supplier that will take care of the most important piece of equipment I will ever own.
