I ordered an Canon 7D II form Deals All Year. Unfortunately, UPS "Lost" my package and I received it a week later than I was supposed to and would not refund my shipping. The told me I had to talk to the shipper. I called Customer Service and spoke with Steve (908-214-7210). He said he would take care of it and he did. This is byfar the BEST experience I have ever had with Customer Service at ANY company. Period! There is no doubt in my mind I would go here for future camera equipment I may want. If you want quick and friendly service, this IS the place to go!

Last year I was looking to purchase a Canon 5D Mark III as a Valentines gift for my lovely Wife. I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for in a kit but what I was really looking for was a business that could not only guide me through my purchase but also offer support thru their knowledge of all the accessories. I spoke with Kevin on those initial phone calls and it was one of the greatest experiences in my shopping life. Seriously, no kidding! Not only did Kevin understand all of my concerns but he helped me with questions that I had not even thought of. He basically customized my kit and worked the numbers to stay in line with exactly what I had to spend. A lot of people say that they appreciate your business but I really know it was sincere with Kevin. Move forward one year, to just a couple of weeks ago, and I met Steve. Steve is just as knowledgeable and helpful as Kevin and made me feel like anything that I needed they would guide me so I would not make a costly mistake. I guess in this day and age I'm just a little shocked that someone cares enough to spend that much time answering questions so that they can earn my future business. I'm a songwriter, musician, producer, live and studio engineer. My Wife and I are also a semi pro photographers who can use all the help we can get. It seems we have found just that kind of place with Kevin and Steve at Deals All Year. We highly recommend calling or emailing them with any pre-qualifying questions you may have. I have been working mainly with Steve W. from Deals All Year (and received a bit of help from the owner of the business - Daniel), but again, mainly Steve W. and he was very helpful and provided me with the best deal on my new Nikon D810 and variety of lenses. There are companies out there that sell "Grey Market" (or overseas cameras by the manufacturers), but since they come from overseas and are not "official" resellers here in the states they cannot warranty the product. Well, I not only got the BEST price, but also was given the BEST warranty directly from what every other authorized US Nikon, Tamron and Sigma reseller gives anyway from Mack Worldwide Warranty. They even gave me the full 3 Year Diamond Warranty (for the camera) and 7 year warranty (for my lenses) at no extra charge. I couldn't ask for a better warranty than that. I am very grateful for their quick service and they were always there to help whenever I called them. They even replied to a few of my emails during the evening when most companies would wait until the morning to reply. Again, very good service and Steve W. won me over with his great customer care. THANK YOU STEVE !!! I will make sure to call you first whenever I want anything camera related!

I was looking for a Sony A7s camera for a few weeks. I stumbled upon Deals All Year on eBay. I checked out their reviews and they were all positive so i decided i would purchase the camera from them. I was so anxious that I didn't want to wait for the camera to arrive I wanted to pick it up. I gave them a call and asked Steve if I could come and pick it up he said sure why not. I had to wait a day but nonetheless the next day i drove to the store to pick up my camera. Brand new discounted price Steve was very helpful in making the transaction smooth. I don't know the first thing about photography, I was ordering a camera and lens for my husband. Mr. White was beyond patient and helpful over the phone. We got a great camera and lens for considerably less than what we could find from other sellers. We would definitely shop here again.

I ordered a photo package which included a complete DSLR camera body, two lenses and about a dozen accessories and free shipping. The online order went smoothly, shipping confirmation was provided and the entire package arrived intact and timely. Unfortunately one of the accessories was the wrong size and needed to be replaced, but customer service was gracious, replaced it immediately and added a bonus car charger to compensate for the inconvenience. This is a company that "gets it" when it comes to customer service. Based on this transaction I recommend them highly!
