Steve White and Deals all Year helped me a lot with my decisions on new cameras and lenses. I wanted to buy a brand new Sony a7s mirrorless camera for the longest time but did not have it in my budget. After searching the internet for a used version of the model, I found that Deals all Year had brand new ones for the same price. I had been looking for a Canon 7D Mark II camera for my dad's 71st birthday for weeks. I came across this company on Ebay and after reviewing their ratings decided to give them a call. I have never had such great customer service....mind you, they are in a whole other state. Mr. White helped me tremendously. He was very personable, listened to what I was looking for and needed, then made his suggestions. I ended up getting a great deal on the camera as well as a phenomenal warranty. Mr. White went as far as getting my item to me a day before I actually needed it and was always just one phone call away for any questions I had. He also personally called me to confirm I had recieved my item. The customer service exceeded my expectations beyond measure. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future, great prices and even better service. Just a side note, my father is an amazing photographer and, unfortuntely, has leukemia. On April 27th I purchased a Canon 600 EX-RT Speedlight from Deals All Year and Steven White. I was impressed with the friendly, professional, personable, manner I was treated. Steven answered all of my questions and spent time with me. I received my equipment within 5 days as I told him that I needed the equipment for a photo shoot. I placed an order for a Nikon camera and kit with several lenses and filters. Steven was very knowledgeable and friendly. He assured me I would be very happy with the lenses I chose. I was so excited when my camera arrived! But realized I was short the 70-300mm lens and a package of filters. I called Steven right away and he said the lens will ship from overseas and takes a little longer. He called me about a week later and told me I would have the lens and filters in two days.
