I am a French photo video reporter and buy a Sony a7S II in Deals-All-Year. This store has the best price of the web in 2017 for the quality of product and customer service they have; and I have to say it, my best experience ever with a phone customer service. I had a lot of problem to pay that camera because of international bank protect access for high $ amount. I spoke every day during a week with the most patient, funny and elegant customer service I ever met, and trying together different way to fix my problem, with positive and human attitude. And we could finally do it after so many try, and so many laughs. In life there is some subject really serious, and laughing is one of the most important one. People doing photography or videography are getting inspiration living and observing what we have around us. I couldn’t imagine that I will have a lot of fun trying to fix problem speaking with a customer service by phone. But the reality always exceeds the fiction and makes the life so funny. I think there is two kind of human: the ones that can even move mountains, and the ones that think they cannot. If you have an issue with your buy, the customer service of Deals-All-Year will never give up. Most of the times I do not understand really well English speakers at phone; I spoke with Steve, who speaks an English really clear and perfectly understandable even by French people who speaks English as a Spanish cow. I will definitely by more products from Deals-All-Year which I trust 100% now because I know that even with an issue I will not be in front of a voice machine, and this is what I don’t like buying stuff on internet. Again thank you so much Steven White to transform a problematic situation in a laughing one.

I have been studying what camera to buy for a month. I got tons of negative speak about buying it from anybody but Canon . Well I got to tell you I just had one of the most pleasant exsperiance of my career . I dealt with steve at " deals all year " . No BS just straight talk ! I bought a Canon 80d and loved it.Receive the camera within a week.Use it on my Christmas vacation and came home with epic pictures. At first I was unsure about their outfit but now I will buy from them again anytime.trust worthy and reliable.👍👍👍👍👍

The prices on these cameras were amazing, but I wasn't expecting such incredible customer service! Steve was so helpful in walking me through an alternate payment method when the Paypal algorithm for some reason wouldn't let me use my credit card or Paypal account via eBay. I spoke with Steve on the phone for probably 20 minutes and he was extraordinarily patient as we worked out something else. I'm in the military overseas and it's getting tougher and tougher to find sellers willing to go the extra mile to ship goods outside of the US. For Steve, it was clear he wanted to help and soon I'll be receiving a great camera at an unbeatable price. Thanks for your support for the military!

I was so causes with ordering from Deals All Year, but there was no need. They were so helpful and my 5ds came in 2 day for the order, brand new and just as described. I will try to buy all my needs there in the future.

Great first impression with this company. Was contemplating about purchasing since the prices were cheaper than everyone else yet everything was very smooth. I had a problem with my payment and their customer service was able to fix it with no stress at all. Definitely recommend.

After the Canon 5d mark III arrived, I found that the seller had done a pretty good job. The lens that I selected was the Canon 50mm f1.4 For the next two days, I played around with the camera. That's when I realized that this camera was far more complex than any other camera that I have owned. I had to read the manual. As I read the manual, the camera becomes less of a mystery. This camera should be a lot of fun once I begin to understand its capabilities. This camera was purchased on-line from Deals all year. The folks at Deals all year are helpful. Now for another hard task - saving up for a telephoto lens.
