I bought camera lens from this company through eBay. Shipping was quick. I opened up the package and I saw dust inside the lens. I called Deals All Year the next day (which was on a Saturday), the person gave me the email for the person in charge of returns/exchanges. I emailed Steve, and promptly received a set of instructions in order for exchanging the item. I filled out a return form, packaged everything back, slapped on the return packaging label and shipped it off. Steve and the other person I spoke with has been very cordial and quick in communication. It's unfortunate that new products can sometimes have defects, but I'm glad that this company handled everything in a very professional matter. Thank you.

They have great costumer service. Last year I bought a camera from them and before they shipped it to my house they even called me to make sure they had the correct address and also to explain a few things about the product. Who does that? So awesome. This year I decided to get another camera so I chose to buy it from them again because their costumer service is fast and efficient and the price is amazing. You can't beat that. So that is why I definitely recommend this store and will be buying from them again

I had good reason to be skeptical after coming away from being swindled by an Amazon seller. Thanks to A to Z claims, I was able to recover my money and try again....20 days later. So, I find Deals All Year and STEVE! He answers his phone. Calls you back, fixes issues and basically will listen to your life story (the swindling) and make it all right. I walk away from this experience just fully appreciative of this companies work model which is customer first. Good Job Steve and thank-you very much for your service. I was a bit skeptical at first buying from Deals All Year but they are beyond FANTASTIC! I bought the Canon 5d Mark 4 from Deals all Year. What a deal I got !!! I'm one happy Camper. Thank you Steve! 5 stars 10 out of 10 . I'd recommend this website for all photography who want a good deal. Deals all year will beat any other price out there..
