No matter how hard purchasing through ebay was and dealing with the infuritating payment processor of PayPal in order to purchase my camera equipment, I still had an awesome online business experience with Deals All Year. Solely because of a man named Steven White. Steven White worked with me through every obstacle you can imagine. For example, when I tried to make my purchase directly through ebay, PayPal denied my payment through my account, my card alone, and even through their own recommendation of recieving and paying through an invoice sent by the seller to myself. However, Steven thought of another way and recommended that I wire transfer them the money directly. This way I didn't have to deal with PayPal anymore and was able to improve my order purchase experience by making it MUCH MUCH easier. So thank you Steven White for making my purchase experience with Deals-All-Year an awesome one. I will be sure to recommend my friends to purchase from you guys. Thank you!

I recently purchased a new Nikon D750 Body from Deals All Year. The shipping was fast and I got my new camera right away. Unfortunately there was a problem with the camera as it would not make contact with any of my lenses. I contacted Mr White and explained the situation. He was reassuring and made some suggestions to check to be sure it was indeed the camera that was malfunctioning. I did the extra checks and sadly the camera was not working properly. Mr White was attentive and immediately sent me the directions to return the camera for a replacement. I shipped the camera back and received a replacement very quickly. Of course I was nervous throughout this process and I am happy to say that Mr White took all my calls and reassured me that I would get a new camera. I am happy to report that he kept his word and my new Nikon D750 works perfectly! Thanks Mr White! I am going to have a great birthday now!

During my latest transaction I had the pleasure of getting Kevin K to take care of me. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I got the best package for my needs with fasting shipping. I've shopped with a few of the other notable Camera shops and they always try and up sell me with a vengeance, not here.
