Oder came a day sooner then expected, Service was great

Photography for me is a creative outlet. I love to photograph nature, particularly the skies at various times of day and year – the scenery is always different and many times surprising! I wanted to upgrade to a Nikon COOLPIX P900 and went to the Deals All Year website where I found a good price. The website indicated that by calling I may be able to get an instant rebate, so I called but had to hold longer than I wanted. I placed my order anyway (good price) and Steve called me back – I was surprised and impressed that he followed up and very quickly. Steve was very courteous and articulate and he not only upgraded my shipping for me but added a free cleaning kit, tripod and lens filter to my order! I was very impressed and give Steve an A+ for attitude, courtesy and customer focus! I'm looking forward to receiving my new camera and accessories!

About 2 months ago I bought a Nikon D5 with a 200-500 nikon 1:5.6. I received my order on time and I am very happy with my new (expensive) toy. Before I placed my order, I went through all the reviews (I was sceptical because of the "maybe too good" reviews) I called Steven and we had a nice talk,I found a guys extremely pleasant on the phone and very knowledgeable . This is the second new item of Canon photography equipment that I have purchased from Deals All Year via Ebay within the past 3months. Both times Deals All Year has provided prompt and courteous service with the lowest, most competitive pricing! My equipment is new, a white boxed lens (24-105 F4 IS II) (perhaps from a separated combo body & lens package) and my new DSLR (5DM4)(USA version). Steven White, an exec or sales manager (aka Magic Man), called several days after the camera body was shipped to discuss/suggest upgrading to a USA version with an augmented 5 years warranty. An additional fee ($299) was added, and the new camera arrived on schedule, and it still came in roughly $400 less than an equivalent listing from B&H or Adorama. Deals All Year is able to save the customer money, and provide fast and reliable service. I definitely will consider them for future online shopping, although it would be great to know exactly what I was purchasing from the very start.

I'm an expeditionary photographer and I'm on the road for 9 months a year outside the US. So when I placed pre-orders at one of the US's biggest camera retailers in early October, I didn't expect that I would not receive my D850 before leaving the US in January. After placing more pre-orders at other sellers, I started getting really nervous towards the end of December with my travel date approaching and still no sign of anyone shipping it. That's when I came across Deals All Year. Steve shipped me a D850 overnight and since it's a grey market product, also sold me a 5 year warranty to keep it safe. Excellent customer service and also helped me save about $300.

I have bought a Nikon D5, D750, and 70-200 VRii from Deals All Year and the service has been amazing. Also I have needed repairs several times and Steve was always extremely helpful.
